Healing is not one-size-fits-all. I provide personalized therapy to help you navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and recovery while building greater self-understanding, resilience, and connection.

Living with anxiety or depression can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating. You may find yourself constantly worrying, feeling on edge, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from the things that once brought you joy. Some days may feel filled with racing thoughts and emotional overwhelm, while others feel heavy, hopeless, or difficult to navigate.
These experiences are often more than symptoms alone. Anxiety and depression can be influenced by past experiences, unresolved trauma, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and patterns developed to help you cope and survive.
In therapy, we work together to understand the root causes of your struggles while building practical tools to support emotional well-being. Using a holistic, neuroscience-informed approach that may include Brainspotting, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and attachment-focused therapy, I help clients regulate their nervous systems, develop self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change.
You don't have to continue carrying the weight of anxiety or depression alone. Healing is possible, and together we can help you move toward greater peace, connection, and hope.

Our earliest relationships shape how we connect with ourselves and others. When those relationships involve inconsistency, emotional neglect, abandonment, criticism, or trauma, we may develop attachment patterns that continue to affect us in adulthood.
You may find yourself struggling with trust, fear of rejection, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, emotional dependence, or feeling disconnected in relationships. These patterns are often rooted in attachment wounds rather than personal flaws.
In therapy, we work to understand how your past experiences influence your current relationships and sense of self. Using attachment-focused therapy, IFS-informed approaches, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and other evidence-based modalities, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
As healing occurs, many clients experience greater self-trust, healthier boundaries, improved communication, and a deeper ability to create secure, fulfilling relationships with others and themselves.

Trauma can impact the way we think, feel, relate to others, and experience the world around us. Whether you have experienced a single traumatic event, childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or complex trauma, the effects can continue long after the experience has ended.
You may find yourself struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, hypervigilance, difficulty trusting others, low self-worth, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from yourself and your emotions. These responses are often the nervous system's way of adapting to difficult experiences.
My approach to trauma therapy is compassionate, holistic, and grounded in neuroscience. Using Brainspotting, IFS-informed therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients process unresolved experiences, regulate their nervous systems, and develop a greater sense of safety and self-trust.
Healing from trauma does not mean forgetting the past. It means learning how to move forward with greater freedom, resilience, and connection to yourself and others.

Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body therapy that helps access and process experiences that may be stored deep within the nervous system. Often, trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain are held in parts of the brain that can be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone.
Using specific eye positions, Brainspotting helps identify and process unresolved experiences, allowing the brain and body to release patterns that may be contributing to distress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck.
As a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, I use this approach to help clients access deeper healing, gain new insight, and process experiences at a level beyond cognitive understanding. Sessions are guided at your pace and can be integrated with traditional talk therapy to support a safe and meaningful healing process.
Brainspotting can be helpful for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, attachment wounds, grief, low self-worth, relationship challenges, and other experiences that continue to impact daily life.
I incorporate Brainspotting as part of a holistic, neuroscience-informed treatment approach designed to support healing, resilience, and lasting change.

Recovery looks different for everyone. Whether your goal is moderation, abstinence, maintaining long-term recovery, or simply exploring your relationship with substances, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand your patterns and make choices that align with your values and goals.
Many people struggling with addiction have experienced trauma, difficult relationships, emotional neglect, grief, or other painful life experiences. Substance use often develops as a way to cope with emotional pain, stress, or disconnection.
I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for individuals at all stages of change. Using a holistic, neuroscience-informed approach, I integrate Brainspotting, IFS-informed therapy, mindfulness, CBT, and DBT to help clients address underlying issues, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping.
Recovery is not just about changing your relationship with substances, it's about creating a life that feels meaningful, connected, and worth staying present for.

Grief is a natural response to loss, but that doesn't make it easy. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life transition, or the loss of the future you had imagined, grief can affect every part of your life.
You may experience sadness, anger, guilt, anxiety, loneliness, or a sense that life no longer feels the same. Grief often comes in waves, and there is no right way or timeline for healing.
In therapy, I provide a compassionate space where you can process your loss and make sense of the emotions that accompany it. While grief may always remain part of your story, healing often involves learning how to grow around the grief rather than trying to leave it behind.
Together, we can explore ways to honor what has been lost, find meaning in your experience, and reconnect with what brings purpose, connection, and hope to your life. Using a holistic approach that may include Brainspotting, mindfulness, and attachment-focused therapy, I help clients process grief at both the emotional and nervous system level.
Healing doesn't mean forgetting. It means carrying your loss in a way that allows you to continue living, loving, and growing.
